Rating Scale

At this point how we will rate is still rather fluid, but this is what we are giving some serious thought right now. 

We will judge based on

•  service;
•  taste;
•  presentation; and
• cost for portion size.

Many of the places we will go to will be new to most of you. 

We will mention if they are family friendly or over 21 only.  There will be both reviewed from time to time.

If we order other food we will be sure to mention what we ordered and any drinks paired with it as well. 

We don't have sponsors or advertisers which pay us so you can be assured of getting completely unbiased reviews.

Welcome To Nacho Tacoma

Yep, NACHO TACOMA!  This is a blog about Nachos in, you guessed it, Tacoma. 

This is not just any ordinary nacho blog.  No way (frankly I haven't ever visited a nacho blog so we're winging it). We will taste test our way into all the best nacho places in Tacoma.

This was an idea that was first hatched before the Nacho queen got pregnant with the kiddo.  Of course, when you get pregnant you get heartburn and ..... well Nachos became the last thing on Kim's (aka Nacho Queen) mind.  Eventually this project fell by the way side as we (the merry Nacho crew) jumped headfirst into parentville.  Now we are ready to once again venture out into the world of Nachos in Tacoma.  Thus NACHO TACOMA has been born.
